Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains acceptable payment methods, booking confirmation, cancellations and refunds.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers and regionally available online payment methods. Payment options available at checkout may vary by country.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email and itinerary once payment is processed.

3. Deposits & Final Payment

To confirm some tours, we require a deposit (for example, 30–50% of the total). The balance is due a specified number of days before departure (e.g., 7–14 days). If the balance is not received in time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are determined by cancellation timing:

  • Cancel 30+ days before departure: full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancel 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancel less than 15 days before departure: no refund.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing fees or third-party service fees may be deducted.

5. Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. For payment questions, contact:billing@mongolhorizons.com.

6. Price Changes & Additional Charges

Quoted tour prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, or supplier price changes. We will notify you of any material changes before final payment.

7. Governing Law

These payment terms are governed by the laws of the country where MongolHorizons is registered. Any disputes will be resolved under the agreed jurisdiction.
